S Leonor K Sullivan Blvd (Levee Road) – CLOSED from Arch Steps to Chouteau
Recommend entering S Leonor K Sullivan NORTH of the arch,
such as Washington, Lucas, or ML King Drive next to the MLK Bridge
SHOW CENTER will be close to normal spot, near helicopter barge.
