Summer Splash 2025

MDWSA has been holding Summer Splash at Creve Coeur Park since 2009.  This year we will be on the other side of the lake at the Tremayne Shelter. This is a two day event with Friday being used for training of our new volunteers and Saturday being our “big day on the water”. We anticipate having over 100 volunteers and 60 participants. Summer Splash is a collaborative community event that is dependent on the financial support of individuals, corporations and foundations. This is our largest and biggest event of the year. We bring in a food truck for a hot lunch and provide cold drinks all through the day. Bring your family and friends and make it a memorable day!

This event does allow for skiing, boat rides and tube rides. — Learn more here —

Lake Saint Louis Days

We will have three events during 2025 for LSL Days. The first event, on May 27th, will be hosted by our friends at Harbor Unlimited as part of their summer camp. We will have some “non-camper” spots available, however, those spots will be limited as the Harbor group gets top priority. The June 19th event is in cooperation with DASA. We do not have any public participant spots available for this event. The July 8th event will 100% be open to the public. This venue has a beautiful pavilion close to the water and….has flush toilets! Sandwiches will be served for lunch courtesy of MDWSA. We will need just as many volunteers at each of these events.

This event does allow for skiing, pontoon boat rides and tube rides. — Learn more here —

Wright City

We will have an event in Wright City at Forest Lake Saturday August 16th. Sandwiches will be served for lunch courtesy of MDWSA. This is a beautiful, competition ski lake. We will be the only boats operating. There is a pavilion with restrooms across the street. This event does allow for skiing.

We will not have pontoon boat rides and tube rides. — Learn more here —

Holiday Shores

Our last clinic of the season will be in Edwardsville Il, at Holiday Shores Lake Saturday September 6th. Sandwiches will be served for lunch courtesy of MDWSA. This is a beautiful lake. Bring your family and friends and make it a memorable day! This event does allow for skiing.

We will not have pontoon boat rides and tube rides. — Learn more here –

While MDSWA is taking necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at our ski clinics, participants and volunteers must self-monitor for signs of the virus (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath). You will be expected to follow MDWSA’s safety and hygiene protocols. Please, stay at home if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms or, in the past 14 days, have traveled internationally, have traveled to a highly impacted area, have been exposed to the virus or have been diagnosed with Covid 19. If you begin to experience symptoms once you are at the event, please leave the event premises immediately.
